      <title>CONGRAD Meeting, Prague, 20-21 September 2012</title>

      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;CONGRAD Meeting is organized as part of the &amp;quot;Conducting graduate surveys and improving alumni services for enhanced strategic management and quality improvement&amp;quot; project, which aims at developing tracer studies in countries such as Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia &amp;amp; Herzegovina. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The event is due to take place from 20th to 21st September 2012, under the title &amp;quot;Conducting graduate surveys in transition countries&amp;quot; and will approach themes like the advantages and challenges of tracer studies. This will be done by presenting profile projects developed in several European countries, with &amp;ldquo;University Graduates and Labor Market&amp;rdquo; (APM) project among them. In this respect, the deputy manager of APM will also participate in the meeting, giving a speech on the Romanian tracer study, the stages in its implementation, the instruments used to track graduates, the practical issues regarding the preparation of the field phase and the experience gained along the implementation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://absolvent-univ.ro/UserFiles/File/rezultate/APM-CONGRAD.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#800080"&gt;Project presentation&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>The 2nd International and National Advisory Board Meeting in Romania, 26th-27th May 2011</title>

      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The 2nd International and National Advisory Board Meeting took place between 26th-27th May, in Bucharest, and gathered at the same table international experts in the Romanian Higher Education strategic projects.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The purpose of the meeting was to debate the main aspects concerning the future of the Romanian Higher Education: &amp;ldquo;The 2025 vision&amp;rdquo;, the differentiation of the universities, Romania seen in the context of international initiatives, a new approach of the university management and the doctoral schools, the national student enrollment registry and the graduates&amp;rsquo; insertion on the labor market.       <title>The International Conference “Life after graduation: The Role of Graduate Employment and Tracking Systems for Continuous Curricula Development and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education”, 19th-21st May 2011</title>

      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&amp;nbsp; The Conference &amp;ldquo;Life after graduation: The Role of Graduate Employment and Tracking Systems for Continuous Curricula Development and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education&amp;rdquo; took place between 19th-21st May 2011, in Sibiu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Among the participants that were given the possibility to share their experience and their research in the field counted students, graduates, employees, teachers and researchers.       <title>The International Conference “Human Capital and Employment in the European and Mediterranean Area” </title>

      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The Conference &amp;ldquo;Human Capital and Employment in the European Mediterranean Area&amp;rdquo; was held between 10th-11th March in Bologna, Italy, with the participation of international researchers and experts from Higher Education institutions and from institutions that carry out specific project for Higher Education in countries such as Germany, France, England, SUA, Marocco, Slovenia and Algeria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The conference started with the presentation of the 13th AlmaLaurea Survey on Italian Graduates&amp;rsquo; Employment Conditions, conducted by AlmaLaurea Inter-University Consortium, and continued with debates on topics such as tracer studies, university cooperation and international mobility of graduates and researchers, skill needs, demand for graduates, entrepreneurship, gender issues, inequality, human development.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The new formed INGRADNET network, reuniting European and international tracer studies experts, had its first meeting after the conference.       <title>The International Conference „Employability and Mobility of Bachelor Graduates in Europe”, 30th September-1st  October 2010</title>

      <description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The Conference &amp;bdquo;Employability and Mobility of Bachelor Graduates in Europe&amp;rdquo; was held in Berlin, from 30th September &amp;ndash; to 1st&amp;nbsp; October 2010 and aimed at rendering a general presentation of the recent European research and results on this topic. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Conference was followed by an international working meeting whose goal was to underline the effects of this research on the higher education policy, to identify the future research requirements in the field and to establish an international network dedicated to tracer studies &amp;ndash; INGRADNET. On this occasion, it was also presented the current stage of the Romanian tracer study.
