The Conference “Life after graduation: The Role of Graduate Employment and Tracking Systems for Continuous Curricula Development and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education” took place between 19th-21st May 2011, in Sibiu.
Among the participants that were given the possibility to share their experience and their research in the field counted students, graduates, employees, teachers and researchers. The debates lay emphasis on specific topics like tracer studies, knowledge, skills and competences needed in the 21st century, lifelong learning, the development of study programmes based on tracer studies results.
At the conference, the University Graduates and Labor Market coordinator presented the preliminary results regarding the 2005 and 2009 graduates’ study participation.
